From Patient Care to Pet Care
 The Park Veterinary Group, Leicestershire’s largest and longest established veterinary practice opened the doors to their newest surgery in January, bringing their animal care services to a renovated doctor’s surgery on Scraptoft Lane.
Presenter and Blue Peter vet, Joe Inglis, welcomed guests to the completely refurbished surgery and introduced local pet owners to the vets, their services and their extensive range of modern equipment.
Speaking at the event Joe said “this is just the sort of veterinary practise I’d love to work for. The friendly, experienced staff and up to the date equipment and facilities are second to none”.
The huge investment made by the group in developing the site is an indication of the various industries within the county embracing the current regeneration and can only be seen as a positive move.
Now open - Scraptoft Lane Surgery
 The Scraptoft Lane Veterinary Surgery is the newest surgery within the Park Vet Group in Leicester. It is located opposite the Nuffield hospital on Scraptoft Lane.
It provides a local vet in Leicester for Humberston, Hamilton, Scraptoft, Thurnby, Bushby, Evington, Great Glen and outlying villages.
There is ample parking at the rear of the property, and it is fully equipped for caring for you and your pet.
Directions
From the A47 Uppingham Road
Turn into Colchester Road, then right into Scraptoft lane. The vet surgery is approximately 100yds on the right, opposite the Hospital.
From Barkby, Beeby and Keyham
Approach south along Hamilton or Beeby Road, turning right into Scraptoft lane. The veterinary surgery is on the Left, just before you reach the Hospital and the traffic lights on the Colchester Road crossroads.
Parking
There is a large car park at the rear of the surgery, accessed just to the right of the building; there is disabled access and there are spaces also to the front of the surgery.
