Kathy Berry
Kathy graduated from Edinburgh, and joined the practice in 1998. Kathy works part time as an experienced general practitioner and has an interest in anaesthesia and exotic pets.

Dominique Dias
Dominique graduated from Munich university in 2003. She worked in mixed practice months before joining the PVG in 2006. She has a broad interest in general small animal practice.

Tudor Lloyd
Tudor worked for the practice from 1995-2000, in the Saffron Lane, Braunstone Town and Farm practices. For two years he worked in a busy hospital in Hong Kong and rural practice in France before rejoining the practice and join the Partnership as an experienced general practitioner in July 2003.

Chris Morris
Chris graduated from Bristol in 2001 and worked in North Wales for 2 and a half years and Warwickshire for 18 months before joining the Park Veterinary Group Whetstone team in 2005. He is currently studying for a Certificate in Small Animal Surgery and has a particular interest in orthopaedics.
Chris became an associate at the The Park Veterinary Group in May 2007.

Peter Orpin
Peter graduated from Bristol University in 1983 and worked in Northamptonshire before joining the practice in 1984. He spent a year in New Zealand working in farm practice in 1987. Peter works as an experienced general practitioner in both the small and farm animal teams.

Mark Smith
Mark graduated from Edinburgh in 1990 and joined the practice in 1991. After a trip to Australia and a residency in Glasgow University he achieved his Certificates in Small Animal Surgery and Radiology, he returned to the practice in 1996 and became an associate partner. Mark accepts referrals from other practices in both surgery (particularly soft tissue), and diagnostic imaging. In his spare time he studies astrophysics.

Stephen Brogden
Steve grew up locally and graduated from Liverpool University in 2004. He spent nearly 3 years in a mixed animal practice before joining the Park Veterinary Group in May 2007 to pursue his interest in small animal medicine.

Wieneke Bluekens
Wieneke graduated from the University of Utrecht, Holland, in 1986, and joined us in 1989. Wieneke is based at the Saffron Lane surgery and at our emergency service (V.E.T.S.) in Glenfield.

Jane Yeates
Jane has worked in the practice for over 20 years and is very experienced in all aspects of small animal work. Jane is based in our Saffron Lane surgery but also helps out in the farm team and has one of the best success rates for Caesareans within the farm team! Jane became an associate in June 2007.

Helen Hague 
Helen qualified from Edinburgh University. After 18 months in general practice she worked for a charity organization in the Democratic Republic of Congo. She joined the practice in 2006 and has an interest in exotic animals medicine.

Gareth Jones
Gareth joined the practice straight from Liverpool in 1986. After a trip round the world and 3 years at London University teaching ophthalmology, he returned to the practice as a partner in 1996. Gareth accepts eye referrals from surrounding practices and has interests in business management. He is also keen follower of football and cricket.

Glenfield Surgery
Andrew Radley
Andrew qualified from Bristol in 1984 and joined the practice in 1985. He initially started life as a mixed practitioner combining farm work with an expanding small animal workload. He became a partner in 1993. His main responsibilities now are the small animal clinic at Glenfield and our emergency service V.E.T.S based there. He also has a particular interest in dermatology. Outside work he is a keen gardener and sportsman.

Ricardo Sa
Ricardo graduated from UTAD university in Portugal in 2003. After working in the UK in mixed and equine practice he joined the practice in 2006. He enjoys first opinion general practice. Outside work Ricardo enjoys equestrian eventing and cross-country.

Ali Watson
Alison graduated from Cambridge in 1992 and joined the practice in 1999. She is interested in all aspects of small animal practice and has a special interest in small animal cardiology. She regularly provides veterinary care for the Leicester Animal Aid Rescue Charity in Huncote. In her spare time she is a keen actress and active sportswoman - successfully completing the 2005 London Marathon.

Siobhan Averall
Siobhan qualified from London in 2003 and joined the practice shortly afterwards. She enjoys the general first opinion work based in our Glenfield surgery and is developing her interest in surgery and diagnostic imaging.

Iain Piggot
Iain graduated from Glasgow in 1972 and joined the practice straight from university, having worked there as a student. He formed a partnership with David Beynon in 1975 and has developed the practice into the largest in Leicestershire. He has worked as an experienced mixed practitioner and partner within the practice over the last 30 years. In his spare time he enjoys rugby.

Tracy Bainbridge
Tracy joined the practice in 2000 and worked as a mixed practitioner. In 2004 she expanded her experience by working in New Zealand for a year, before rejoining the practice in May 2005. She is based at our Braunstone surgery, and is also involved in our farm practice. She enjoys hockey and swimming outside work.
Tracy joined the partnership at The Park Veterinary Group in May 2007.

Hilary Gates
Hilary qualified from Bristol University in 1984 and joined the practice in 1989. She works part time at our Glenfield and Braunstone Town surgeries. She brings practical experience in all aspects of small animal work and regularly is called to help out at our other branches.

Scraptoft Lane Surgery
Natalie Granger
Natalie qualified from London University. She joined the practice in 2002 and worked as a mixed practitioner based at our Braunstone surgery.
In late 2005 she left to spend a year treating farm and small animals in Australia and New Zealand (surgical successes including repair of a Koala's fractured leg!). She returned to the practice in December 2006, based at Scraptoft Lane, as a small animal and farm vet.
Natalie became an associate at the The Park Veterinary Group in May 2007.

Wendy Bottrill
Wendy, who is local to the area, joined the practice in 1994 after working in Yorkshire and the local MAFF (now DEFRA) offices. Wendy is an Associate within the Park Veterinary Group, and works as an experienced general practitioner in both the Scraptoft Lane surgery small and farm animal teams. She has a particular interest in dental surgery.
