The team at PVG are committed to providing the very best start for new graduates in conjunction with the Linnaeus GDP, having successfully supported several graduates through the programme already. The team of dedicated, experienced vets provide excellent mentorship throughout the programme and beyond.

With a huge variety of experiences within the vet and nurse teams, there are plentiful opportunities for learning and development, alongside dedicated time for private study.

The practice boasts excellent primary care facilities including digital x-ray, dental x-ray, ultrasound, in-house laboratory equipment and in-house CT. The practice has also achieved Silver Cat Friendly Clinic Status.

In this small animal role, you will work alongside your mentor at one of their fully equipped hospitals (Glenfield or Whetstone), with exposure to a varied caseload, regular surgical experience and the opportunity to learn from their referral clinicians.

During year one, graduates will work on our weekend rota alongside an experienced team of vets and RVNs, providing excellent exposure to emergency medicine, surgery, triage and provision of in-patient care.

Park Vet Group can offer two positions for graduates.

Applications for our Linnaeus Graduate Scheme are accepted through our central application system and the scheme opens for applications in October (for a September startdate) and June (for a March start date) each year. Please check the Graduate page on the Linnaeus website for more information on applying and to see whether our practice is looking for a graduate this year.
