1st October is Veterinary Receptionist Appreciation Day, so we want to take the opportunity to say a huge thank you to our unsung heroes! From co-ordinating diaries to booking appointments and providing a welcoming smile to our clients and pets, we couldn’t do what we do without them.

We asked some of our team to tell us why they love being a receptionist for Park Vet Group.

”I enjoy my job as you are constantly learning something new and everyday brings a new challenge.“

“I enjoy my job because no two days are ever the same, I like the variety that the job brings, there is always something new to learn as ways of working and drugs change all the time. I like helping & meeting people and seeing all their pets and seeing them get better after treatment. It is good to work in a team with Vets, Nurses & Receptionists.”

“Being a Veterinary Receptionist is both challenging and rewarding, but the best bit for me is the clients you get to know over the years and watching their beloved pets grow with them.”
